Lillith
Tavern, District Eight
2nd:
Rosario Saturn, Capitol
Killed by Lillith
Tavern
Kills- 4
As he watched
his son in the arms of his husband, Rosario’s father could not have been more
proud of his son. With all the spiteful rumours that were spread about his
son’s temperament, he was glad to see them all proven wrong in Rosario’s last
minutes of sympathy. Jally, Rosario’s stepfather, tried in vain for two years
to reopen the restaurant that had been Rosario’s life since he was sixteen. It
was soon taken over by an amateur chef that shared Rosario’s love for cooking,
and the business flourished under its new name- Saturn’s Rose.
3rd:
Talus Vixent, District One
Killed by
Rosario Saturn
Kills- 3
Talus’ parents
were away working the Capitol on the day that his coffin arrived in District
One, and so his sisters Misti and Lira made arrangements to have him buried.
The ceremony was short and sweet, with only his family and his mentor in
attendance for Talus, despite his fun personality, never let anyone close
enough to be his friend. From the day of his death onward, Misti would color
her hair green to match her brother but ceased training for the Hunger Games.
4th:
Ave Chassing, District Seven
Killed by
Talus Vixent
Kills- 2
Ave’s mother
sat unmoving in front of the television as she watched her daughter finally
fall to the Hunger Games. She did not allow herself to cry for Ave, for she

went to work, and went home- hoping all the while in the back of her minds that
maybe if she worked hard enough her daughter would come back to her.
5th:
Nolan Sanders, District Nine
Killed by
Talus Vixent.
Kills- 3
In the months
following his death, Cleona dropped off into an even deeper depression knowing
that her baby would grow up without its real dad and now its stand in father. Her
parents were concerned and took to raising Dante by themselves, as Cleona began
disappearing for days on end. She could always be found in one of few places,
all holding memories of Nolan for her, with a pin in her arm- reminding her
even more of her best friend.
6th:
Estee Garnier, District One
Killed by
Nolan Sanders.
Kills- 0
Arrangements
had been made just after her leaving by her mother who, appalled at the thought
of her daughter engaging in such sport, could never resist an engagement to
plan- even her youngest daughter’s funeral. Her send off was grand and
elaborate, but her sister, Maybelle, refused to attend. Instead she ran off
from her family home and never returned. The two sisters were eventually
forgotten, their mutual rebellion against their father’s rule and embarrassment
to their family name.
7th:
Trace Conduit, District Three
Killed by
Nolan Sanders.
Kills- 0
Agatha and

him- remembering that Trace had always been afraid of the dark.
8th:
Leila Pierce, District Six
Killed by
Arena.
Kills- 0
Karla and
Ivan Pierce hugged each other tightly as they watched that house come crashing
down on their only daughter. Her death had come as no surprise to either of
them, but they found some condolence in the fact that she went quickly. Leila
was buried along with many small gifts given by her friends. Leila would never
have believed she had so many people who cared for her.
9th:
Daesel Winston, District Six
Killed by Arena.
Kills- 2
Daesel’s aunt

training his youngest daughter, Astrid, who cracked under the pressure and committed
suicide one year before she was to volunteer.

Trojan Trinity, District Two
Killed by
Blaise Allenby.

and every year after, she would sit in front of the television and wait to see
her son again.
12th:
Blaise Allenby, District Five
Killed by
Suicide.
Kills- 2
No one in the

Hunger Games in stunned silence. His father, surrounded by his children, and
his mother, surrounded by only her empty house, both shed silent tears for

were performed separately, just as most things in the family had to be done.
13th:
Insi Barnett, District Five
Killed by Lillith
Tavern.
Kills- 0
Even years
after Insi’s death, the district can never truly say who the Red Lady was. It

her coffin at the station. He did not leave her side until two weeks later when
he finally allowed for her to be properly buried, believing that his absence
from her life was the cause of her death. Her mother soon joined her in the
earth, her youngest child’s death pushing her to drink enough to finally forget
her failures. Tyson lost his house and was often chased out of the cemetery

once.

Daesel Winston.
Kills- 0
Cyber and

Hunger Games where her fate to be put to rest with her siblings was sealed.

The night
before Daire’s death was announced, his older brother Mitchell didn’t come
home. Within two days, Daire’s other brother Nate had lost both of his younger
brothers- Daire to the Hunger Games and Mitchell to a widespread gang fight. He
turned to the bottle even more than he had before, spending seven nights a week
trying to be drunk enough to forget their names. After one particularly bad
night, Nate woke up with both their names carved into his arm. He thought it
appropriate that their memory should be painful to him.
